Vince Lindenmeyer, Ph.D.

Colonel, U.S. Army (Retired)  |  Conscious Impact Strategist

Building Legacies through Sovereignty, Sustainability, and Service

Creating Legacies, Building Impact: Beyond Success. Conscious leadership links passion and purpose to profit, and that is the conviction I bring to every conversation, every board room, and every mission I serve.

After 26 years leading in Korea, Egypt, Qatar, and Iraq, I came home with one simple truth: sustainable impact requires systems and community. That conviction led me to a converted tax office in North Omaha in February 2019, where a civil rights icon named Preston Love Jr.-who had just survived a stroke-was already in motion, giving orders, refusing to stop. I showed up to help him. As a typical veteran who had lost purpose and community after retirement, Preston gave me back my fire. That moment became Beacon 4sight Group.

Today I work at the intersection of strategy, service, and sustainability-helping veterans, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit founders build organizations that outlast them. I also invest in mission-driven ventures aligned with conscious capitalism, where profit and purpose are not competing forces.

Beacon 4sight Group – Nonprofit Strategy & Advisory

As Principal of Beacon 4sight Group, I bring military-grade strategy to the nonprofit sector, closing the economic equality gap for veterans, women, and minority-led organizations:

  • Strategic planning using the Strategic Clarity System (Wardley Mapping for mission-driven organizations)
  • Board development, governance, and compliance
  • Grant search, advisement, and fundraising systems
  • Nonprofit launch, scaling, and children’s book strategies for mission-driven marketing

SecurePath – SDVOSB | Federal Contracting & Healthy Building Technology

As CEO of SecurePath, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), I deliver healthy building technology, emergency readiness, and strategic planning to federal agencies and institutions. SecurePath carries sole-source contracting authority-giving our partners a direct, competitive pathway into the federal marketplace without the traditional procurement maze.

We currently represent IllumiPure’s CleanWhite antimicrobial LED technology and Clearpath EPM’s emergency management platform, and we selectively partner with integrity-driven entrepreneurs ready to bring their health and safety solutions to the government market.

Conscious Impact Leader Community

I lead the Conscious Impact Leader community-now 19 organizations strong-a mastermind for service-minded leaders ready to move from accomplishment to alignment. Through this community and the Sacred Activism Community, co-founded with my wife, Reverend Dr. Cynthia Ramirez Lindenmeyer, we nurture spiritual sovereignty alongside organizational growth.

Building Operational Clarity, Supporting Conscious Impact

As Project Manager at Beacon 4sight Group, I bring structure, precision, and operational excellence to mission-driven initiatives that empower veterans, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit leaders. With a background in project management, operations, and administrative leadership, I ensure that strategic vision translates into actionable results across board development and grant systems, program launches, and community engagement.

My work at Beacon 4sight includes coordinating cross-functional projects, managing timelines and deliverables, optimizing workflows with tools like Asana and Google Workspace, supporting compliance and governance processes, and facilitating clear communication across teams and stakeholders. I thrive on turning complex goals into organized, sustainable systems that allow leaders to focus on impact rather than administrative chaos.

I’m honored to support Beacon 4sight’s vision of creating legacies through sovereignty, sustainability, and service.

  • “Beacon 4sight Group has been instrumental in the launch of Chairs of Honor. Without their expertise and assistance, we’d still just be an idea. Through their personalized assistance and weekly encouragement, I’ve stayed on task and been able to achieve real success in just 90 days. We already have funding, programming and projects underway thanks to Beacon’s work with us early on in our venture.” – Chairs of Honor
  • “We used Beacon 4Sight Group very early in our development and they set us on a strategic path towards success!” – Half a Sorrow Foundation
  • “I’ve had the pleasure of working with Vince Lindenmeier and the team at Beacon for Today, and I can confidently say their expertise is unmatched. Having run my own non-profit for 20 years and launched a second one six years ago, I thought I knew everything about 501(c)(3)s and running a successful organization. But what I’ve learned from Beacon for Today is beyond words.A few months ago, I was hired to assist an executive director and be program director for  a brand-new non-profit. When the owner mentioned bringing in a consulting firm, I was skeptical-after all, wasn’t I hired for my expertise? But from the moment I met Vince and Ricky, I knew they had a depth of knowledge that far exceeded my own.Over the past six months, their mentorship, guidance, and follow-through have been nothing short of incredible. They helped us navigate challenges we hadn’t even considered, ensuring every step was executed with precision. If you’re thinking about starting a non-profit or looking to strengthen an existing one, I wholeheartedly recommend Beacon for Today. Their services are an investment you won’t regret.” – K.S.
